Delivery Information to the UK and Europe:
All orders will be sent by recorded post, so you will need to sign for your jewellery when it arrives.
Delivery should take approximately 1-2 weeks to the UK and other parts of Europe, but there are often variables outside of our control, so we are unable to guarantee this (especially during December, and if there is bad weather or holidays, or a pandemic!).
UK BUYERS FROM 1.1.2021. Orders under £135 will have 20% VAT included in the price and your order will include a VAT receipt. There should be no extra charges (e.g. import duties) for you when the parcel arrives.
For orders over £135, 20% VAT may be charged to the customer on arrival and there may be a post office handling fee. If any charges occur we cannot refund them. Apologies!
Delivery Information to the rest of the World:
Delivery should take approximately 14-21 days to the USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand but there are often variables outside of our control, so we are unable to guarantee this (especially during December, bad weather and holiday periods).

Our shop operates in accordance with Trusted Shops advice which can be found here).
EXCEPTION – for legal and hygiene reasons earrings and headbands cannot be cancelled/returned unless they are faulty.
Please e-mail us to tell us if you are returning an item, and give the reasons for the return.
