Perfect as a gift or a treat for yourself to wear on any occasion! The sterling 925 silver that we use is recycled.

Here are 2 examples  – the video on our Etsy listing here shows both:

● A sterling silver hair barrette clip (first 4 photos) – a 14cm long x 1.5cm wide length of 1mm thick sterling silver, that has been imprinted with a ‘spiral’ pattern.

It has been folded to a 5.5cm deep half circle (with a final length of 6.5cm). With a thick sterling silver stick that measures 11cm long that has been bent over at one end, and snipped at the other end to create a slight point.

This handmade silver hair clip weighs approximately 27gm in total. This barrette has now been sold, but we can make another similar one, please ask me for a price.

● A copper barrette clip (last 4 photos) – a 9.5cm long x 2cm wide length of 0.5mm thick copper, that has been imprinted with a ‘shell’ pattern.

It has been folded to a 3cm deep half circle (with a final length of 5cm). With a thick copper stick that measure 13cm long that is slightly wonky in shape with a spiral at one end, and snipped at the other end to create a slight point.

This handmade copper hair band weighs approximately 13gm in total. For sale for £45 (including free postage) – in stock for quick shipping.

These 2 examples have been imprinted with patterns (other patterns are available!), but the hair clips can made with a hammered/beaten finish. They can be polished and shiny, or made with a matt satin finish.

Please ask me if you would like a different overall size, style, texture/pattern, or size/shape of stick (than is available for sale here), and I will be happy to give you a price!

(They can also be called a hair slide, barrette clip, hair clip, bung cage, pony tail cuff, bun/ponytail holder, hair pin, pony tail grip, dreadlock pin, stick barrette!)

These lovely Sterling Silver or Copper hair clips can be worn high on your hair to encompass a bun, or on the back of your head to capture a ponytail or a bun. (Just to explain, the photos showing the hair clips on red hair are on my own hair; and the photos of ginger hair are the clips on a mannequin!).

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES: Packages sent from Spain to any country outside the EU (which includes the United Kingdom from 1st January 2021), may attract customs or import duties when the package arrives. We do all we can to ensure there are no further charges for you, but if your country’s postage carrier asks you to pay any additional monies for customs clearance you must do so to in order to receive your parcel. We cannot refund any such charges.

Our jewellery can now be sent to the USA as we have included Delivery Duty Paid Tax requirements in our prices.
