Commission a unique, gorgeous, Sterling Silver Tiara or we can make you a silver-plated (or gold-plated) Tiara, if you prefer, instead.
Two of our previously commissioned sterling silver tiaras are shown in the pictures:
- The first picture - This tiara had swirls and spirals of sterling silver containing garnet teardrops, black hematite stars and clear and red crystals balls and hearts. The tiara was commissioned for a friend's wedding. The tiara base was made of sterling silver and the tiara was a standard size that fits most heads, measuring 11cm at its widest point and weighing 40gm.
- The second picture - another wedding commission, this tiara was based on a large sterling silver swirly heart, from which hung turquoise and blue crystal hearts and clear crystal stones.

What Is Sterling Silver?
Sterling silver is an alloy created when copper is added to pure silver in order to make the resulting compound more durable and less soft. Pure silver is difficult to work with as it is so soft. Therefore copper is introduced to give the metal a bit of hardness, to allow jewellers to make complex designs in 925 Sterling Silver. Usually, sterling silver has a purity of 92.5%, meaning that 7.5% of the alloy is made of copper or another metal (usually nickel or zinc).
